One of On Line Support’s core values is community. We believe in giving time, resources and compassion in support of organizations that are doing good works in our community. Members of our Executive team serve on multiple boards of local non-profits, our staff volunteers with a variety of organizations, and you’ll often see On Line Support sponsoring fundraising events.
Free technical support for your non-profit fundraisers
If your non-profit is hosting a fundraiser requiring laptops for event check-in and auction or paddle raise checkout, we can help. On Line Support will provide laptops, printers and cables. Our qualified technicians will arrive at your event venue prior to the event to set-up and test all the equipment and connections. We’ll stay throughout the event in case you run into any technical problems and then at the end of the event, we’ll take down all equipment and transport it back to our offices.
We provide this assistance to local non-profits at no cost, using the following guidelines:
- Your organization must be a 501 (c) (3) to qualify. We love everyone, really, but we gotta draw a line somewhere. So, we reserve the right to decline any organization’s request for any reason.
- Although we’d be totally excited to travel to Hawaii for your event, we must limit events to the Portland/Vancouver metro area.
- We are limited to one event per month and we ask for minimum 45 days advance notice for your event.
